What you can bring to the table:
- Provide consultancy and feedback to students on PTE, IELTS and GRE preparation (FastFlowUp will provide training).
- Conduct mock tests both online and in the physical office, assisting students in real-time.
- Address student queries and provide strategic guidance for low-score improvement.
- Ensure QC & QA for all platform resources before publishing.
- Provide timely feedback to enhance the platform’s user experience and content effectiveness.
- Develop and refine high-quality test questions with clear explanations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain platform relevance.
- Assist in academic operations for smooth execution of student programs.
- Support marketing with academic insights and content contributions.
- Build and engage an academic community through social platforms.
- Contribute to the growth and development of FastFlowUp Academic.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive student and client interactions.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving to address student concerns and ensure
smooth academic operations. - Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to engage
effectively with diverse learners. - Ability to connect with students from various cultural and socio-economic
backgrounds. - Professionalism in handling fast-paced student queries, feedback and mock test
sessions. - High attention to detail for accuracy in documentation, QC/QA of test content and
follow-ups. - Strong time management skills to handle deadlines, scheduling and platform
updates efficiently. - Ability to collaborate seamlessly with different departments, including marketing
and operations. - Familiarity with CRM and project management tools for academic and
administrative tasks. - Passion for staying updated on industry trends and competitor benchmarks to
enhance platform content.
