What you can bring to the table:
- Develop and execute a marketing, PR and influencer roadmap for each client brand and for FastFlowUp itself.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation and campaign execution across various channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive activities to refine strategies.
- Manage social media, SEO, paid ads and other promotional efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead multiple projects by managing time effectively, prioritizing work assignments, being flexible to changing requests and ensuring deadlines are being met.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of strategic communication planning and implementation, pitch deck development and digital campaign creation. It’s a plus if you have a proven track record of relevant marketing experience for a brand or agency.
- Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and data-driven mindset for measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
- Experience in shaping and maintaining brand identity.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of online engagement and search optimization.
- Outstanding English communication skills in written and verbal form. Ability to quickly connect with people across a wide variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team.
- Ability to adjust strategies based on market changes and business needs.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms and analytics software.
