What you can bring to the table:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team; provide guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Represent FastFlowUp at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to optimize performance.
  • Experience with sales and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to navigate challenges and find solutions to drive success.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
