What you can bring to the table:
- Create compelling visual narratives across formats, from short-form videos to branded content, that emotionally resonate and drive engagement.
- Develop and execute visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity, voice, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract ideas into powerful visuals.
- Lead the creative process from concept to final execution, including moodboards, storyboards, editing and post-production.
- Edit high-impact video content (reels, explainer videos, interviews, animations) with a strong sense of pacing, tone and brand alignment.
- Ensure brand consistency and top-tier visual quality across all formats, static or motion.
- Integrate user research insights and feedback into creative concepts to improve storytelling, usability and engagement.
- Stay ahead of creative trends in design, motion, and media and actively apply them in day-to-day work.
- Present and defend creative ideas to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor, visual designer, or hybrid creative with a strong portfolio covering both domains.
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), DaVinci CapCut and Figma.
- Experience in creating for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, websites, digital campaigns).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to confidently pitch ideas and articulate creative rationale.
- A degree in design, film, media, or communication is a plus but creativity and execution matter more.
- Bonus: Animation, motion graphics, videography or scripting experience.
