The problem
One suite, one signin, and the keys staywith you.
A company pays per seat for mail and files, then pays again as it hires, and the data sits on somebody else's estate under somebody else's terms. FLO puts the same working day on infrastructure the company owns: the inbox, the drive, the calendar, the meeting room and the booking page, behind one sign in.

How it works
Three moves, start to finish.

One suite, one sign in
Inbox, Cloud, Calendar, Live, Book, Console and FLO IQ sit behind a single passkey. Recent mail, files, events and contacts are kept on the device, so a folder opens in about 50ms and the first search results land in about 100ms. It keeps working offline and syncs in the background.
Security that assumes someone will click
There are no passwords to phish: sign in is a passkey, so a fingerprint, a face or a device PIN. Links are checked at the moment they are clicked rather than only on delivery, a reported phishing campaign can be pulled from every inbox in the company at once, and encryption keys belong to the company and are destroyed when the account is.
Move from Google Workspace, keep a way back
Migration runs in five phases: inventory, a pilot group, nightly copies, cutover, then a 30 day window in which the company can roll back. Console sets a policy once and every team unit inherits it, with overrides visible rather than buried and admin roles delegated.
