A twelve minute interview on any phone
The interview adapts as it goes and runs in English or Bangla, with Banglish welcome: a candidate can switch language mid answer. It survives a patchy network by resuming where it stopped, and there is no app to install.
Every score comes with its receipts
CV match, interview signal and reviewer ratings are kept apart rather than blended into one number, and each score links back to the quote and the audio it came from. Overrides are logged.
People make every decision
SeekIQ never rejects anyone on its own. It posts the bilingual job to the careers page and to boards like LinkedIn, Bdjobs and Naukri, schedules against the calendar, collects structured panel scorecards and sends the e-signed offer, but the call is always a person's.
